

Kathleen Fisher

Kathleen Fisher is a partner at Sankey Law Offices, PC representing clients in all areas of special education law, including review of IEPs, attendance at team meetings and representation of students at due process hearings before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals. Kathleen also works with parents needing to obtain guardianships of their children due to the nature of their disability.
Kathleen’s practice includes representation of employees who have been subjected to discrimination or sexual harassment in the workplace, including discrimination based on race, disability, age, sex and pregnancy. Kathleen is an active member of the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, currently serving as the Association’s Secretary.
Kathleen graduated from law school, cum laude, from New England Law | Boston where she was a member of law review.
Kathleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross in 2013. While a student at Holy Cross, Kathleen was a co-captain of the Holy Cross Women’s Track & Field team and substitute taught in the Worcester Public Elementary Schools.
